TERMS & CONDITIONS
HOW TO ORDER:
Just add any items you would like to your shopping cart.
When you have added all the items you would like to your cart, hit the checkout link.
Fill in your shipping and billing information and select the shipping method. We accespt Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. (unfortunately we do not accept payments by Check or money order.
When all items have been filled out hit "Complete Checkout" Please print the final page as that is your invoice. A copy of that invoice will also be immediately emailed to you.
You can check your order status at anytime by clicking on the top of the link Orders History found on the right of our web pages.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all packages UPS GROUND, All orders over $350.00 are FREE SHIPPING. We charge a FLAT SHIPPING FEE OF $14.00 for all orders under $350.00. - you're right, not a great deal if you're just buying a peep sight, but it's a heck of deal if you buy a bunch of stuff....and no one goes to the Outlet for just a couple little things anyway.
When checking out make sure NOT to use a PO Box.
BowhuntingOutlet ships all items with one business day of ordering. you can see if the item is in stock on the product page, additionally, if it is out of stock we do not let you add the item to your cart.
In the rare event that an item you order is out of stock or there is another problem with your order, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order via phone or email.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THE REASON PROFESSIONAL BOWHUNTERS SHOP AT BowhuntingOulet.com is that WE ARE THE SINGLE BEST PLACE TO PURCHASE ARCHERY AND HUNTING ITEMS IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND WANT IT AT THE BEST PRICE!! However, if you are just looking to try items out, we suggest Cabelas.com as they have higher prices but a more lenient return policy.
SPEAKING OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We cahrge a 20 percent Re-stocking fee for all returns that are not bowhuntingoutlet's mistake. If you receive an item which is broken or defective you may return the item for a full refund. In order to receive this full refund we require that the returned merchandise be in complete and original condition. You may exchange most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase.
All returns that are not due to defective products or BowhuntingOutlet.com mistakes will be charged a ten percent restocking fee.
If you need to return a product, you may request return authorization number at: http://www.BowhuntingOutlet.com/help.php?section=contactus&mode=update.
In order to get an Return Authorization, in the Contact Form, You must list:
1) The Order Number that the item was on. (you can look that up in the Orders History section of our website.
2) The item numbers and names of the products you are returning.
3) Why you are returning the item.
4) Tell us if you'd like credit or an exchange, if it is for an exchange please list the Item number and name of the new produt you'd like.
5) Remember, if the item is not resellable as new we will not accept the item back.
Once you have recieved a return authorization number you may return the unused items in the original box within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name, address and return authorization number on the outside of the package. ANY returns without an eders.com issued return authorization number on the package will not be accepted. Shipping and Handling is only refundable on manufacturer defects or eders mistakes.
Used items will not be accepted. Clothing that has been washed or worn will not be accepted. There are NO refunds or exchanges on custom arrows. If you have any questions or concerns please email cs@eders.com.
Non-Returnable Merchandise:
1.Special orders may not be returned. Due to the special nature of ordering non-stocked merchandise, special orders may not be returned for refund or credit. Special orders are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
2.Because of insurance reasons, Treestands and Blackpowder Rifles may not be returned if the boxes have been opened. All Treestands and Blackpowder rifles are covered under manufacturer warranties and customers should contact the manufacturer with repair and warranty questions.
