The Cauldron Jig is a 3 vane advanced fletching system. It provides the right amount of pressure for excellent adhesion, and you can fletch all three vanes at once so it's a big time-saver. The snap-in inserts are easy to change and don't require tools, so you can switch from a three degree right helical to a one degree right in no time. With this jig you can leave the nock on your arrow so you don't need to change the center post - simply twist the dial at the bottom of the jig to rotate your arrow for perfect indexing. The Cauldron pressure ring is adjustable with a single twist to accommodate micro, standard, and large arrow diameters. Cleaning is easy: the inserts can be soaked in acetone for an hour to remove instant glue residue.

Apply Bohning Feather Fletching Tape to feather quill for a strong, reliable bond. Use for emergency field repair, will fletch 3 1/2 dozen arrows. 720" per roll.

Bohning Ferr-L-Tite Melt Stick softens under flame. Good for inserting aluminum broadhead adapters and target points, reheating will allow point to be removed.

Bohning's Multi-Fletcher Jig includes 7 color-coded clamp inserts for different angles, from straight up to a 3 degree right or left helical. It works with all arrow diameters from X10s to 27s. The Multi-Fletcher can do a 3 or 4 fletch and will accommodate arrows with stand nocks or x-bow bolts. The rugged 16-gauge stainless steel base and durable composite clamps can be cleaned with acetone to remove adhesive residue. The unique snap-lock clamp plate with inserts provide superior adhesion force and consistent angles. Also includes a feather inserts, which is specifically designed to avoid damage to feathers. The stainless steel base can be screwed down to a work table as a single unit or as a multiple jig arrangement.

Fletching jig features a Quick-set magnetic clamp with larger clamp grips for easier operation, easy off-set adjustment, and accurate “snap� indexing.

Shaft stripper features a contoured surgical steel blade for years of use, pre-formed channel to keep shaft properly positioned, and an easy-grip handle.

Use Zing Kling to secure the vane with a strong hold on the arrow shaft. Zing Kling is thick enough to resist running and rubber-toughened to withstand abuse at high speeds. Surfaces should be clean and dry before boding. Apply enough to leave a thin layer after compression. Press parts together and hold for a few seconds. Zing Kling forms an adequate bond in less than one minute. Kling comes in a 20 gm aluminum tube and includes an extra spout and cap.
